About The Position

PT Solutions is hiring a full-time Long Term Acute Care Physical Therapist in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role is based at 8050 Township Line Road and supports rehabilitation therapy services in partnership with Ascension St. Vincent Seton. The therapist provides evidence-based, high-quality care and develops timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs. The role involves building positive relationships with patients, families, clinicians, and other hospital team members, including physicians, case management, and nurses.

Requirements

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient, empowering them to exceed their functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
• Build positive connections with patients, patient families, fellow clinicians, and other hospital team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the hospital, including with physicians, case management, and nurses.
