About The Position
Aegis Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a PRN position within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in Indianola, IA. This role offers a diverse setting with treatment opportunities across the continuum of care, including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient services. The position offers flexible hours, Monday to Friday, and a pay range of $50 to $65 per hour. Requirements
- Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
- Enjoy working in geriatrics.
- Current Physical Therapy license.

Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation and wellness services throughout the continuum of care within a CCRC.
- Treat patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, and Outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
- Create a personalized career path (clinical, management, etc.).
