About The Position
Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel contract opportunity in home health in Mount Angel, Oregon. The therapist will manage treatment plans intended to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses. The schedule may consist of 8–10-hour shifts, 4–5 days per week. One year of recent home health experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Current BLS certification; AHA certification is preferred.
- Active state license.
- Supervisory professional references.
- Must complete a drug screen and background screen.
