About The Position

Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking an experienced physical therapist for a travel contract opportunity in a home health setting in Antigo, Wisconsin. The therapist will manage treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for patients with diverse diagnoses. The schedule may consist of 8–10-hour shifts, 4–5 days per week. One year of recent home health experience is preferred. Prime’s health care professionals provide guidance throughout the process, 24/7.

Requirements

• Current BLS certification; AHA certification is preferred.
• Active state license.
• Supervisory professional references.
• Must complete a drug screen and background screen.

Nice To Haves

• One year of recent home health experience.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association is preferred.
