About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking Physical Therapists for its Middletown, New Jersey team and surrounding locations. FOX is a multi-state private practice of independent Physical Therapists who visit patients and provide evidence-based geriatric care. The role provides an autonomous career focused on helping older adults become stronger and live better longer. FOX offers full-time and part-time salaried positions with benefits, as well as FOX Flex (PRN) positions paid per visit. H1B sponsorship may be available to qualifying candidates. New graduates can develop their skills through FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, a structured program designed to support early-career Physical Therapists. The position offers a flexible schedule and professional growth opportunities. The listed New York base pay range for a full-time role is $75,000–$115,000 annually, with the opportunity to earn more; part-time and FOX Flex roles are pro-rated.

Requirements

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
Basic computer literacy skills.
Current CPR certification.
