About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring Physical Therapists for its Middletown, New Jersey team and surrounding locations. The company is a multi-state professional private practice of independent Physical Therapists who visit patients and provide evidence-based geriatric care. The role offers an autonomous career focused on helping older adults become stronger and live better longer, with scheduling and caseload management handled independently. Full-time and part-time salaried positions with benefits, as well as FOX Flex (PRN) positions paid per visit, are available. H1B sponsorship may be available to qualifying candidates. Newly graduated Physical Therapists can receive structured support through FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program. The stated New York base pay range for a full-time role is $75,000–$115,000 annually, with an opportunity to earn more; part-time and FOX Flex pay is prorated.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• Integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm.
• Positive, compassionate, respectful, and hard-working approach, with a desire to proactively develop clinical skills.
• Reliability, accountability, and the ability to respond to challenges with solutions.
• Ability to meet expectations for scheduling and caseload management.
