About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking Physical Therapists to join its Somerville, New Jersey team and surrounding locations. FOX is a multi-state private practice of independent Physical Therapists who visit patients and provide evidence-based geriatric care. The role offers an autonomous career supporting older adults in becoming stronger and living better longer, with scheduling and caseload management handled independently. New graduates may be supported through the Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, which uses a structured approach to professional development. The posting describes opportunities across full-time, part-time, and FOX Flex (PRN) roles; the position may be salaried with benefits or paid per visit, depending on the role. H-1B sponsorship may be available to qualifying candidates.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
- Basic computer literacy skills.
- Current CPR certification.
- Integrity, compassion, and enthusiasm.
- Positive, compassionate, respectful, and hard-working approach, with a desire to develop clinical skills and achieve clinical excellence.
- Reliability, accountability, and ability to respond to challenges with solutions.
- Ability to meet expectations for scheduling and caseload management.
