Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients.
• Manage caseload and patient care (10-40 visits/week) with options for 1:1 or 2:1 care.
• Utilize efficient documentation and scheduling systems.
• Contribute to achieving industry-leading patient outcomes.
• Participate in structured onboarding and support.
