Benchmark Physical Therapy is seeking an innovative and motivated Physical Therapist for a flexible income opportunity in Chattanooga, TN. This role offers a per-visit compensation model, allowing therapists to control their caseload and maximize their earning potential while helping the community achieve a more active life. The position emphasizes autonomy, control over one's schedule and caseload, and efficient systems for documentation and scheduling. Therapists can choose to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and manage their patient care model (1:1 or 2:1). Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 3 months of clinical experience as a licensed PT.
