Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 3 months of clinical experience as a licensed PT.
Responsibilities
- Manage caseload with flexibility (10-40 visits/week).
- Provide 1:1 or 2:1 patient care.
- Utilize efficient documentation and scheduling systems.
- Contribute to achieving industry-leading outcomes through a data-informed care model.
- Participate in structured onboarding and support.
