We are growing quickly and actively seeking a dedicated PRN/Part Time Physical Therapist to join our team immediately for the Greensburg area! We’re looking for a compassionate, energetic professional who is passionate about building a long-term career in an orthopedic private practice. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful patient relationships and is committed to helping individuals and their families reach their health and wellness goals through high-quality physical therapy care.

Requirements

Graduate of a Physical Therapy Program approved by the Commission for the Accreditation of Physical Therapy Education.
Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in Pennsylvania.
A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position.
A person who can meet the physical and mental demand level of the position.
Requires the manual dexterity and general strength and endurance
Lifting—routinely loads of 5-35 pounds from Floor to waist Waist to shoulder Shoulder to overhead
Carrying—routinely loads of 5-10# for 40-50’
Pushing---routinely loads of 5-150# on casters, runners or pulleys
Sustaining a grip---routinely for 1-2 minutes of 40-50#
Guarding a “lift load” routinely of 120-140#
Has the potential for Hazardous Substance Exposure due to work duties.
Has the potential for Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure due to work duties.
Has been determined as eligible for access to/use of PHI & EPHI based on work duties and responsibilities in compliance with ‘minimal necessary’ standards.

Responsibilities

Evaluating patients
Timely preparation of a written plan of care and daily encounter notes utilizing our web-based EMR system, WebPT
Documenting PQRS and functional outcomes as required by our payors
Supervising the implementation of each plan of care, and coordinating treatment as a team with support staff
Tracking established clinic metrics
Willingly participating in community events to help promote our practice
Actively participating in ongoing marketing strategies to ensure the health of our practice
Being a pro-active member of our team, bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise
Helping to foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.
Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s satisfaction
