About The Position
The Physical Therapist evaluates and implements medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs to help patients recover, regain mobility, manage pain, and improve quality of life. The role supports patient independence and overall well-being in an outpatient orthopedic setting. The therapist conducts patient assessments, creates and evaluates personalized plans of care with patients and families, delivers physical therapy interventions tailored to patient needs, and oversees physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel. The position is based at Genesys in Grand Blanc, Michigan, where the team provides community-focused care in a supportive and collaborative environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday within clinic hours, with no weekends.

Responsibilities
- Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients' conditions.
- Establish, revise, and evaluate personalized plans of care involving patients and their families.
- Implement therapy interventions using standard physical therapy techniques tailored to patient needs.
- Oversee the activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel.
