About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a position in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The schedule is a 5x8 Days shift. Candidates must have current state licensure and at least one year of recent experience. The role requires submission of a current résumé, two current clinical references, and specified health and vaccination documentation. Candidates must pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current résumé.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
