About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a position in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The position is scheduled for a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Applicants must also meet the listed credentialing, health screening, and pre-employment screening requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the last 12 months
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
- Respiratory fit test within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings
