About The Position

HealthPro Heritage is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist for an award-winning senior living community in Delray Beach, Florida. Senior living experience is required. Pay is up to $55–$59 per hour, with compensation open to negotiation based on experience. The role focuses on providing therapy services to residents and supporting their recovery, mobility, and physical function. Requirements

Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid state Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
Senior living experience required.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Proficiency in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Ability to lift and assist patients as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to therapy.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to improve functionality and alleviate pain.
Educate patients and families about exercises, posture, body mechanics, home routines, and lifestyle changes to support recovery and prevent injuries.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations, patient progress, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to support effective patient care and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.
