About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a position in Nashville, Tennessee. The role is scheduled for three 12-hour day shifts. Applicants must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must also meet the listed documentation, certification, screening, and vaccination requirements.
Requirements
- Current state licensure
- At least 1 year of recent experience
- Current resume
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
- Two current clinical references
- Physical examination within the last 12 months
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- MMR, Hep B, and varicella titers
- Respiratory fit test within the last 12 months
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
- Must pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and urine drug screening
