About The Position

THP Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a position in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. The role is described as a 5x8 days shift. Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• Two current clinical references
• Physical examination within the past 12 months
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella
• Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, background screening, and urine drug screening
