About The Position

Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) in Lebanon, Missouri, for a 5x8 day shift. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The position requires current professional and health-clearance documentation and successful completion of pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.

Requirements

• Current state licensure
• At least 1 year of recent experience
• Current resume
• Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications
• 2 current clinical references
• Physical examination within the past 12 months
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• Titers for MMR, Hep B, and Varicella
• Respiratory fit test within the past 12 months
• Current Tdap and flu vaccinations
• Must pass pre-employment screening, a background check, and a urine drug screening
