About The Position

Stern at Home Therapy is expanding throughout the Buffalo, NY, area and is hiring three Physical Therapists (PTs) to support our continued growth. We offer opportunities across a broad territory from North Buffalo through the city and down into the Southtowns, allowing clinicians to build a caseload closer to home rather than covering the entire region. The Southtowns generally include communities such as West Seneca, Orchard Park, Hamburg, East Aurora, and surrounding areas. We are hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time, making this a strong opportunity whether you're building a primary caseload or adding flexible visits around an existing position. As a Physical Therapist with Stern at Home Therapy, you'll evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric patient population in their homes. You'll have the clinical autonomy to develop individualized plans of care while our administrative team supports you with referrals, scheduling, authorizations, and patient coordination. With three openings available, we're building coverage across different sections of the Buffalo market so clinicians can develop geographically concentrated caseloads.
