About The Position

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join a growing healthcare team in Muskogee, Oklahoma. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic interventions, and help patients achieve their functional goals. You will work closely with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current Oklahoma Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Oklahoma licensure
New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Basic computer skills and experience with clinical documentation systems preferred

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and establish individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled physical therapy services based on patient needs and goals
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Assist with department initiatives and support clinical operations as needed
