About The Position

Aegis Therapies, a leading provider of contract rehabilitation and wellness services, is seeking a Physical Therapist for a hybrid role. This position offers a great work/life balance and flexible scheduling, allowing you to set your own hours. You will be treating patients at the Eagle Crest South location in Lacrosse, WI, for 20 hours a week, and the remaining 20 hours will be spent providing Telehealth services from home. The setting includes Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient services within a lovely community, focusing on higher-functioning residents. This role is ideal for those seeking flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

Requirements

• Current license as Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Treating patients at the location 20 hours a week and providing Telehealth from home for 20 hours a week.
• Setting your own schedule for true flexibility.
• Marketing the clinic.
• Doing your own scheduling.
• Working independently.
• Treating residents Monday-Friday, with no evenings or weekends.
• Treating residents in their room or in an on-site outpatient clinic.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams for the best patient care.
• Providing patient-centered care to make a meaningful difference.
