About The Position

Recovia is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic, serving the Greater Phoenix area. This role offers a balanced caseload, strong team support, and clear opportunities for career growth within a PT-owned practice. The clinic is an outpatient setting with an average of 8-12 patients per day, no weekends or holidays, and offers a career path to Clinic Director. New graduates are welcome and mentorship is provided.

Requirements

• Arizona Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
• New Grad Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide high-quality outpatient Physical Therapy care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients on recovery, pain science and injury prevention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
