About The Position
Recovia is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary outpatient clinic, serving the Greater Phoenix area. This role offers a balanced caseload, strong team support, and clear opportunities for career growth within a PT-owned practice. This position is in an outpatient setting with an average of 8-12 patients per day. The practice focuses on evidence-based practice, pain science, and patient education. New graduates are welcome and mentorship is provided.
Requirements
- Arizona Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
- New Grad Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality outpatient Physical Therapy care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Educate patients on recovery, pain science and injury prevention
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
