About The Position
All Star Physical Therapy in Perris, CA is looking for a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join their close-knit, outpatient orthopedic team. The role involves ensuring great patient treatment and outcomes, while also guiding and overseeing dedicated PTAs. The company utilizes AI documentation software to significantly reduce documentation time, allowing therapists more time to treat patients. PTs receive daily productivity bonuses. The position is in a fast-paced environment and values rewarding employee contributions.
Requirements
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing, or the ability to obtain state licensure.
- AHA BLS required
- Must successfully complete all pre-employment standards.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge and acceptable performance in all aspects of the patient/client encounter.
- Comply with all regulatory guidance including but not limited to HIPAA, Medicare rules and billing and coding guidance.
- Communicate effectively with patients/clients, the public and all members of the healthcare team.
