Requirements

Florida PT license (or eligibility) and roughly 3+ years’ outpatient experience—motivated newer clinicians with a growth mind-set also encouraged to apply.
Solid manual skills and a passion for individualized, movement-based treatment.
A friendly, team-first attitude and enthusiasm for building lasting patient relationships.
Comfort balancing an efficient half-hour schedule without sacrificing high-touch care.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based manual therapy, exercise progressions, and patient education in true 1:1 sessions.
Collaborate with supportive clinic directors and an engaged multidisciplinary team to uphold our “higher standard of care.”
Shape or receive mentorship: new grads ease into lighter caseloads with guided CEU pathways, while experienced clinicians have opportunities to teach and lead clinical initiatives.
Contribute ideas that streamline workflow, elevate patient experience, and strengthen our community reputation.
