Requirements

  • Florida PT license (or eligibility) and roughly 3+ years’ outpatient experience—motivated newer clinicians with a growth mind-set also encouraged to apply.
  • Solid manual skills and a passion for individualized, movement-based treatment.
  • A friendly, team-first attitude and enthusiasm for building lasting patient relationships.
  • Comfort balancing an efficient half-hour schedule without sacrificing high-touch care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based manual therapy, exercise progressions, and patient education in true 1:1 sessions.
  • Collaborate with supportive clinic directors and an engaged multidisciplinary team to uphold our “higher standard of care.”
  • Shape or receive mentorship: new grads ease into lighter caseloads with guided CEU pathways, while experienced clinicians have opportunities to teach and lead clinical initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas that streamline workflow, elevate patient experience, and strengthen our community reputation.
