Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
- Interest in orthopedics, performance, and movement analysis
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and performance-related conditions
- Use both clinical expertise and technology to inform treatment plans and progressions
- Perform movement assessments and gait analysis when appropriate
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on real-world function
- Educate and empower patients throughout their rehabilitation journey
- Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians to deliver cohesive, high-quality care
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold professional standards of practice
