Physical Therapist PT Home Health Weekend Part-time
About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Physical Therapist to provide home health care. The therapist examines and treats patients with physical impairments using physical modalities to help improve mobility, function, independent self-care, and other skills needed for daily living. Specialty programs include Balance and Fall Prevention, Spine Safety, Total Hip and Knee Replacement, and Total Shoulder Replacement. The therapist administers skilled care to clients who need intermittent professional services and teaches family members and other members of the health care team. Services are provided in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care, under the direction and supervision of the Branch Director. This is a part-time salaried position working 24 hours per week over four days. It is eligible for the 60% paid days off program.
Requirements
- Possess a valid state driver’s license.
- Possess automobile liability insurance.
- Wear seatbelts at all times while driving.
- Have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
- Be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- Be currently licensed in the state of employment.
Responsibilities
