About The Position

This is a full-time position for a Physical Therapist in Goodyear, AZ. The role requires the candidate to complete specific documentation with ATI outside of AMN's clearance packet before being cleared to start their assignment. Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year. Previous ATI work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than a year prior to submission requires verification of rehire eligibility with Katrina. The start date is 8/24, with a bill rate of $90/hr plus a $2,500 completion bonus through Oct 15th to qualify. The bonus will not apply if the start date is delayed due to credentialing or licensing. Candidates must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking. Please ensure start dates align with license status at submission and include license status in the submission.

Requirements

Active PERM license (required for SC submissions).
Experience in setting.
Active license.
