About The Position
Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners' is a private practice leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. This is a Full-Time Float position serving eight clinics across the Treasure Valley region.
Requirements
- Ability to adapt to different work settings
- Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
- A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy
Responsibilities
- Manage a balanced caseload, treating an average of 11-12 patients per day with one-on-one dedicated time.
- Double-booking is permissible only if not excessive, comfortable for the therapist, and does not negatively impact care.
- Treat patients using innovative approaches and apply skills gained through continuing education.
- Collaborate with experienced therapists, sports specialists, and local medical professionals.
- Support patients through RTM monitoring as needed.
- Contact patients to check in on progress with their Home Exercise Program (HEP) and communicate any recommended adjustments with the care team.
