About The Position

Mountain Land Physical Therapy Partners is a private practice leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. This is a Full-Time Float position serving eight clinics across the Treasure Valley region. The role involves managing a balanced caseload, treating an average of 11-12 patients per day with one-on-one dedicated time. The position offers autonomy in treatment, allowing freedom to use innovative approaches and skills gained through continuing education. Collaboration with experienced therapists, sports specialists, and local medical professionals is key. The role may also include supporting patients through RTM monitoring, contacting patients to check in on progress with their Home Exercise Program (HEP), and communicating any recommended adjustments with the care team.

Requirements

Ability to adapt to different work settings
Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction)
A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy

Responsibilities
