About The Position

Myo is opening a new clinic in Manhattan Beach in Fall 2026 and is seeking founding team members to help establish the clinical standard, shape the culture, and introduce the Myo experience. The clinic will serve individuals focused on movement, performance, longevity, and proactive healthcare. Myo offers modern physical therapy designed to 'FutureProof the body' with a mission to raise body IQ globally. The care model is based on a 5-phase FutureProof Framework: Decrease Pain, Align & Repair, Learn How to Move, Build Strength, and Move With Purpose. Myo aims to provide lasting functional change and a clear framework for clinicians to deliver care with confidence and purpose.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure in California.
  • Strong commitment to high-quality assessment, hands-on care, and movement-based treatment.
  • Interest in working within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional, clinical, and business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and teammates.

Responsibilities

  • Play a key role in establishing the clinical standard, client experience, and team culture at the newest Los Angeles clinic.
  • Deliver thoughtful 1:1 care through strong clinical reasoning, personalized treatment, and meaningful client relationships.
  • Work closely with clinicians, Front Desk teammates, and clinic leaders to create a seamless client experience and strong clinic culture.
  • Own your caseload through proactive communication, follow-up, and accountability to client outcomes and clinic growth.
  • Take initiative in supporting community engagement, referral relationships, and raising the standard of care.
  • Bring curiosity, professionalism, and a growth mindset to mentorship, feedback, and continued development.
  • Treat fewer than 8 clients per day in a true one-on-one care model.
  • Work with engaged clients focused on movement, performance, and proactive care.
  • Practice in a collaborative clinical environment with ongoing case discussions and peer learning.
