About The Position
Premier Therapy is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our therapy team in Olean, NY! This role involves evaluating patients, developing individualized plans of care, and providing skilled physical therapy treatment. You will monitor patient progress, establish functional goals, modify treatment as needed, and educate patients, families, and caregivers. Collaboration with the interdisciplinary team and completion of required documentation are also key aspects of this position.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current PT license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice.
Nice To Haves
- SNF/long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
