About The Position
Sport Ortho Urgent Care is seeking a Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Orthopedic Model in Lawrenceburg, TN. They offer a $10,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000+ in annual incentives. The clinic focuses on providing high-quality conservative musculoskeletal care with manageable patient loads (average of 10 patients per day), allowing therapists to practice at the top of their license and spend meaningful time with patients. Physical Therapists act as direct access providers, serving as the front line of musculoskeletal care within a fully integrated orthopedic model. The core focus is on serving patients through conservative care in musculoskeletal health. The clinic features a collaborative care model where therapists work alongside Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Orthopedic Surgeons. They offer top-of-field practice with in-house imaging, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and urgent orthopedic care. The role emphasizes true work-life balance with manageable daily volumes and realistic productivity expectations.
Requirements
- Current Physical Therapy license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Master’s degree (required)
- CPR certification (preferred)
