About The Position

Stern at Home Therapy delivers outpatient-quality care in the home, offering Physical Therapists (PTs) the flexibility, autonomy, and support to practice effectively. This role is ideal for those tired of double-booked schedules and productivity pressure, providing 100% 1:1 patient care with no overlapping visits. The company offers flexible scheduling, clinical autonomy, and full administrative support, handling referrals and billing. They also provide structured onboarding, mentorship, and a gradual ramp-up for new clinicians or those transitioning from other settings. New graduates and clinicians transitioning from clinics or SNFs are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Active GA license as a PT
• Degree from an accredited PT program
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in the home setting
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide therapeutic interventions and functional training
