About The Position
Aveanna Healthcare, which has joined forces with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. They are looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join their local office and make a positive impact in the lives of their patients. The role involves providing industry-leading pediatric therapy in multiple settings, with a focus on a 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratio and clustered caseloads close to home. Aveanna Healthcare aims to revolutionize homecare delivery, one patient at a time.
Requirements
- Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or other professional organization.
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the current state of practice.
- Must be willing to work in home settings.
- Valid, unexpired Driver’s License and automotive insurance.

- Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services.
Responsibilities
- Provide industry-leading pediatric therapy for kids of all ages in multiple settings.
- Match therapists to patients based on medical condition, age, location, and acuity level.
- Work in home settings.
- Provide 1:1 therapist to patient ratio.
- Work with caseloads clustered together and close to home.
