About The Position
Aveanna Healthcare, which has joined forces with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care, is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. They are looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join their local office and make a positive impact in the lives of their patients. The role involves providing pediatric therapy in home health settings with a 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratio. Caseloads are clustered together and close to home, offering flexibility in scheduling (full-time, part-time, or supervising only). The company aims to revolutionize homecare delivery.
Requirements
- Meets the qualifications as established by APTA or other professional organization.
- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the current state of practice.
- Must be willing to work in home settings.
- Valid, unexpired Driver’s License and automotive insurance.

- Experienced in pediatric rehabilitative services.
