About The Position
Saco Bay PT is launching a new outpatient physical therapy center in Waterville, Maine, opening in July 2026. The Physical Therapist - Outpatient Center Manager will oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and foster a culture of excellence while helping shape the new clinic. The role offers an opportunity to lead a team and contribute to patient care and the local community. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with a stated salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 based on experience. A sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and student debt repayment are also offered. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.
- Valid state Physical Therapist license required to start.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for the center and uphold executive decisions.
- Partner with physicians, employers, payors, and case managers through local community networks to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Help grow and manage the center’s physician relationships and patient portfolios.
- Expand and develop a team of physical therapists and physical therapist assistants (PTAs).
- Partner with philanthropic programs and events to give back to the community.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities.
