About The Position

Physical Therapists provide coverage across multiple clinical practice areas, including the Pain Rehabilitation Center, the Pediatric Pain Rehabilitation Center for patients ages 12–22, outpatient rehabilitation, and inpatient mental health services. The role involves evaluating and treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients; participating in interdisciplinary care teams; providing individual and group treatment; and educating patients and families. Caseload and work setting may vary based on operational needs, so flexibility and the ability to work effectively across diverse patient populations and care environments are required.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Minnesota as a Physical Therapist; current Minnesota physical therapy licensure is also specified.
• Demonstrated skills in organization, communication, interpersonal relations, leadership, decision making, and problem solving.
• Flexibility and ability to work effectively across diverse patient populations and care environments.

Nice To Haves

• Board certification in a clinical specialty area and/or an advanced degree in a health care field.
• Active participation within a professional organization.

Responsibilities
