About The Position
Luna is seeking experienced and collaborative clinicians to provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients in their homes in the Mesa, AZ area and surrounding locations. This role focuses on outpatient therapy delivered to the patient's home, distinct from traditional home health. Requirements
- State-specific PT license
- Reliable, personal transportation for therapists practicing outside city centers
- 1+ years of experience
- Liability insurance
- CPR/BLS certification
