Requirements

• State-specific PT license
• Reliable, personal transportation
• 1+ years of experience
• Liability insurance
• CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in patients' homes.
• Document patient care efficiently using Luna's Auto-Charting.
• Prescribe and monitor patient workouts via the Luna app.
• Utilize Luna's Safety Shield for a convenient and safe experience.
• Match with patients based on specialty and location within a 30-minute drive using geofencing technology.
