Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in New Jersey
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Passion for patient-centered, in-home care
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Responsibilities
- See patients in their homes throughout Passaic County
- Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver skilled therapy focused on patient goals and independence
- Educate patients and families with care and clarity
- Complete simple, efficient electronic documentation
