About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking top-caliber Physical Therapists to join their growing team. They are pioneers of Geriatric House Calls™, providing physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities. The role emphasizes driving rewarding patient outcomes, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions, and offers flexibility to create and control one's treatment schedule. The position is part of an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes.
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting.
- Abolish ageism through patient care.
- Drive rewarding patient outcomes.
- Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
- Create, control, and alter treatment schedules.
- Participate in an Interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes.
