About The Position
FOX Rehabilitation is a growing practice seeking top-caliber Physical Therapists to join their team. They are pioneers of Geriatric House Calls™, providing 1:1 physical therapy services in communities to abolish ageism and drive rewarding patient outcomes. Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting.
- Help abolish ageism.
- Drive rewarding patient outcomes.
- Facilitate clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
- Create, control, and alter treatment schedules.
- Be a part of an Interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.
- Provide evidence-based rehabilitation services in the acute, post-acute, home, senior living community and outpatient settings.
- Help clients achieve what they once thought impossible.
