If you meet the qualifications, a recruiter will call you for a 10-minute conversation within 2-3 business days, depending on your availability. You will then be presented to the hiring manager. The hiring manager will reach out within a business day to schedule the interview. This all happens within 1-5 business days from the phone screen. Requirements

Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Responsibilities

Assess patient needs
Develop patient recovery plans
Deliver physical therapy
Address the whole patient and see them as an individual
Design a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities
Adapt to the needs of the patient
Collaborate with peers
Make referrals to help your patient get the care they need to thrive
Train patients and caregivers on the skills they need to promote independence and productivity
