Kendal at Lexington in Lexington, VA, invites you to join their dynamic therapy team as a Full-time Physical Therapist. This role offers a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for direct applicants. Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
- Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations
- Active state license required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure
Responsibilities
- Screen patients
- Evaluate patients
- Re-evaluate patients
- Develop discharge plans
- Make revisions in established plans of care as supervised by the physician
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
