Physical Therapist - PT (Per Diem)
About The Position
A Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT/RPT) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Charlton, MA. Once hired as part of the PTS team, you may join as many of our other local PRN rosters as you wish. The facility is a beautiful building with an excellent rehab team, situated on 450 country acres and beautifully maintained inside and out. The buildings are modern, clean and kept up to date. Modalities offered include: e-stim, ultrasound and diathermy. There are 2 rehab gyms with NuStep, practice stairs, a fully operational kitchen, bathroom with full-sized tub, and parallel bars. The rehab team is great, and the community has also been voted Best Senior Living Community for the 6th year in a row. The facility offers Short Term Rehab (27 private rooms with private bathrooms), Long Term Skilled Nursing (112 LTC private rooms with private bathrooms), Independent Living (207 apartments and 14 cottages), Stonebrook Enhanced Living (28 private rooms/rest home), and Fieldstone Memory Care Assisted Living (14 private rooms). Preferred Therapy Solutions is a company owned and operated by therapists, focusing on appropriate and ethical patient care. Management members have experience in the roles they oversee, understanding therapist needs for success. Requirements
- Possess a current Physical Therapist, (PT / RPT), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
- Work well with others in a team setting

- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
