About The Position
Wee Care Liberty Post is seeking Physical Therapists (PT) to provide early intervention services for children aged birth through 5 years old in Dyer, IN and surrounding areas. Wee Care, established in 1994, is a large provider of pediatric intervention services in northwest Indiana and the southern Chicago suburbs, known for its highly regarded professionals and model treatment facility. In Fall 2024, Wee Care joined Liberty POST, an early intervention agency that has been providing high-quality, individualized services since 1994. Liberty POST, backed by Liberty Resources Inc., has grown from a speech-language practice in Syracuse, NY, to offer services across New York State and now Indiana. The agency employs over 500 professionals who utilize a collaborative team approach, focusing on child-directed play, the child's natural learning environment, family strengths and needs, and the diverse population served.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct Physical Therapy for children ages birth through 5 years old.
- Evaluate, monitor and track child’s progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Test and evaluate child’s abilities to determine realistic goals.
