Physical Therapist – Home Health – Full-Time – West Allis, New Berlin and Muskego. Symbria is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team covering West Allis, New Berlin, Muskego and surrounding areas. Requirements

Be a graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapists.
Hold a valid or pending (for newer graduates) state license.

Nice To Haves

Acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience

Responsibilities

Establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with supervision of the Physical Therapist Assistants.
Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
Help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
