About The Position

Lucas Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient team in Roanoke, Virginia. The role is open to experienced clinicians and new graduates and offers a supportive, clinician-led environment focused on patient care and professional growth. The clinic typically sees approximately 50 patient visits per week and provides AI Scribe technology to help streamline documentation. Clinicians treat a variety of conditions, including orthopedic, sports-related, vestibular, post-concussion, neurological, and post-operative conditions. The position includes access to continuing education resources, live CEU opportunities, and collaboration with experienced clinicians. The clinic is part of Lucas Therapies, an H2 Health company.

Requirements

Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or qualifying equivalent).
Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to compassionate, evidence-informed, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, sports-related, and post-operative conditions.
Develop individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
