About The Position

This position is for a Physical Therapist in Tucson, AZ. The role requires the therapist to complete specific documentation with ATI before being cleared for their assignment. For SC submissions, a PERM license is mandatory, and compact licenses are not accepted. Candidates who have worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return until a full year has passed since their separation. For previous ATI work history as a traveler or perm/PRN more than a year ago, eligibility needs to be confirmed by Katrina. The position offers a $2,500 completion bonus if qualified by October 15th, provided the start date is not delayed due to credentialing or licensing. Candidates must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking. Start dates must align with license status at submission, and license status should be included in the submission.

Requirements

Active PERM license (for SC submissions).
Must have PERM license.
No compact license (for SC submissions).
Candidates must provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking.
Experience in setting.
General Certifications (ACLS, BLS/BCLS, PALS, NRP).
Rehabilitation Certifications (ASHA, CHT, ACP Training).

Nice To Haves

If a candidate has worked perm/PRN at ATI within the last year, they should be redirected immediately as they are not eligible to return until they have been separated for one year.
